Maesgwyn Isaf- expressions of interest now open

We’re really excited to announce that we are taking expressions of interest from people interested in taking on land at Maesgwyn Isaf. Maesgwyn Isaf is a beautiful 67-acre farm in Carmarthenshire, South West Wales, which was gifted to the ELC last year. The farm is made up of pasture suitable for horticulture and livestock, woodland, barns and outbuildings, and a farmhouse.

At the moment we are looking for three ecological land-based and farming enterprises to work and live at Maesgwyn Isaf, initially on a five year rental agreement. The farmhouse is currently being renovated to provide accommodation, but successful applicants will have the opportunity to live in temporary accommodation onsite in the mean-time.
