The application process for smallholders for our newly purchased site in Arlington, East Sussex has not yet begun.

Once planning permission has been secured we will publish our criteria and details of the application process.

Greenham Reach Smallholdings - Devon

In April 2013 we were granted planning permission to develop our first three affordable smallholdings for new entrants to ecological agriculture.

New Smallholding Proposal - Sussex

In 2016 The ELC purchased a 7.5 hectare field in the village of Arlington, East Sussex.

We are seeking permission from Wealden District Council to establish three affordable smallholdings for new entrants to ecological agriculture.

New Site Purchase - Gower

In December 2017 The ELC purchased an 18 acre field on the Gower Peninsula in South Wales.

A local food project Cae Tan CSA are stewarding the land to increase their production of seasonal veg for the local community.
