Help us reach to our goal of raising £300,000 in community share capital. This will be used to purchase and develop two more sites, creating six to nine additional ecological small-holdings.

Demand for our sites is overwhelming, with over 70 people already on our waiting list with no advertising.

You can invest as little as £500 (£50 if you are local to our project sites), making you an Investor Member and part of the group of people who collectively own the Co-operative and decide how it should be run. You can attend and vote at general meetings, including voting the Board back in, or out, and you can stand for director yourself. You can also get a share of the profits.

Upon purchasing shares, you will receive a share certificate, a copy of the Co-operative rules and quarterly newsletters. You will also be given a log-in to the Members’ Area of our website where you can download all the Co-operative’s documents, such as Board meeting agendas and minutes, and can participate in a members only forum.
